At this point, the stress response is important to help the body combat properly against the body's weaknesses. The liver in the body releases the stored glucose to boost up the energy capacity. The body also produces sweat to cool down the body. These physical changes enable a person to handle the overwhelming pressure. This is known as stress response that helps a person to perform well at the moment.
